Here we go again, back in the trenches of Los Santos after a day off!

Today I found myself passing through Washington Street in Jefferson, I was able to witness an intense situation unfold inside of EHC territory. A traffic cop arrived out of nowhere and issued a fine to a vehicle belonging to one of the residents, even though the vehicle was parked on private property.

This entire thing quickly drew the attention of the entire neighborhood, and a large, vocal crowd began to form, with many of them shouting in protest of the aforementioned citation. Luckily, two other officers who happened to be there at the time were able to step in and de-escalate the situation.

I attempted to speak with Officer Autumn Kennedy, who is behind the citation, I wanted to understand her reasoning and address the unrest, but she left the scene without saying a word to any of us. Later on, I tried contacting her department via my phone but received no response from them either. This has left some residents of Washington Street questioning whether Officer Autumn Kennedy is even human, though I can't confirm that at this time.
