I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Secretary of State, Hosea Halliday earlier today.
Secretary Halliday devoted decades to public service and worked to uphold the law with steadiness and integrity. On behalf of the people of Los Santos, I extend heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues in state government.
Our city will remember his service and his commitment to the institutions that protect our democracy.
