SHOUT.OUT to the Taxi driver who never showed up while I stood there waiting and waiting as I was not able to get a rental car without a license. 10/10 services sir! Such fine service in this town with some of these taxi drivers. Too bad for you I gave a 1000 dollar tip to the driver who saw me alone and waiting.
